Cancellation

Please use the form below to submit your cancellation. 

If you are based in the European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. This is your legal right under EU consumer law.

To exercise your right to cancel please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@themenopausediet.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and arrange your return and refund as quickly as possible.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
